[wp-docs] New article on Semantics

MichaelH has written a brilliant article on the semantics of WordPress at 
http://codex.wordpress.org/User:MichaelH/Semantics.  I'm going to go through 
it again this weekend and then move it into the main stuff.  It takes the 
user step-by-step, with some light-hearted techniques, through the naming of 
all the different parts and pieces and terminology used by WordPress.  He's 
included great sections for the semantics of Content, Design, Adminstration, 
Help and even the history of the name "WordPress".  Concise and witty.

Take a look and slice and dice over the weekend and let's make this public. 
Great work, Michael.  His first Codex article!

By the way, Michael has also taken on the task of being the "official 
greeter" of new users to the Codex.  Thanks for that, too.
