[wp-design] Vote for or against the use of tabs

If there IS going to be a vote on the use of tabs, I would of course be for.

Obviously by tabs I am referring to tabbed primary navigation and some 
form of secondary navigation.

This does NOT mean "my latest design", with the flat tabs. This just 
means _a design involving tabs, preferrably as the primary navigation_. 
Make no mistake, if we should go with tabs, I would be more than open to 
new designs.
