[wp-design] Vote for or against the use of tabs

In their current state, I think that's a step backwards. I agree that the 
current style needs work, but IMHO it's a more exciting design. We shouldn't 
forget that while we are trying to make the admin more usable, we're also 
here to make it more exciting and fresh (damn guys you're supposed to be on 
my side, I'd have expected these comments to come from Matt or Ryan :) lol 
).

Okay in all seriousness, I think if we're going to go for the tabs then they 
have to be styled at least to make a better decision. So if you're asking me 
currently as it stands which I'd like to play around with more and try and 
sort out, it would be untabbed.
