[spam-stopper] Akismet module for Drupal 4.7

Hi!

I would like to mention that I've been working on an Akismet module for
Drupal 4.7. It is not finished, but all basic features are already
implemented. Details can be located here:

I'm also trying to keep the Drupal community informed about its progress

where a package is already available for testing, in beta stage. While I'm
polishing the code and adding some late features, I'm open suggestions. I'm
for making it as good as the WP plugin. :-)


I would like to avail the oportunity to thank all people involved in the
creation and maintenance of Akismet. This service has been a really great
idea. Also, thanks for opening it to non-WP platforms. Let's fight
against'em together!
