[spam-stopper] 4 spams over the last day or so

My settings for comment moderation are the same as they've ever been 
(which is to say the default). I had only upgraded to 1.5.2 (from 1.5) 
about a week before we started testing this. Is there something else 
that comes with 1.5.2 that might be pushing these to moderation? (I 
don't have any other comment plugins active... so I know it's not a plugin.)

And Sarah's comment (thanks!) that included the word breast (you gotta 
love posts about boobies, right?) - while it didn't get marked for spam 
- did get sent to moderation.
