 For all the help/work I do around i18n and the #polyglots I don't have a
 GlotPress install to test with.

 How hard it actually is to install GlotPress up for myself I do not know,
 for me GlotPress as a plugin would be installed near instantly in most of
 my frequently used WordPress dev installs.

 I just spent ~60 seconds trying to find install instructions for GlotPress
 and didn't see any search results for the glotpress.org or
 glotpress.trac.wordpress.org domains, a couple of results from 3rd party
 sites but they all appear out of date.

 I think lowering the barrier to installing, testing, and using GlotPress
 would bring more eyes to the project and result in more contributions in
 my honest opinion, and I'm quite sure I for one would be one who would be
 able to contribute more both in volume and quality because the project is
 accessible to me as it is just another plugin rather than some stand alone
 install that I have to maintain.
