 Just an additional consideration: while I suppose that it is true that
 many GlotPress installations are controlled centrally, and hence something
 like a full implementation of CLDR guidelines could make complete sense,
 WordPress.'''org''''s is not, meaning that each individual
 community/translation has a much louder voice in the decision process. I
 imagine this means that I'm calling for a debate on how separate, exactly,
 is GlotPress-the-platform from GlotPress-Translate-WordPress.Org.
