 I am going to point that Codex draft to the WordPress.com
 [http://en.support.wordpress.com/translation-resources/ Translation
 Resources page] instead. The list on WordPress.com is more comprehensive
 (includes resources for WordPress.com as well as WordPress) and I would
 rather avoid redundancy by maintaining a single list.

 Context: I have been working with a professional translation company to
 create translation glossaries (and style guides) for 10 languages. The
 glossaries in particular are following the English/Translation/Part of
 speech/Description format. Why part of speech? Because of a blog/to blog,
 an upgrade/to upgrade etc.
