 Above image is what I'm thinking for the inline glossary. Just need to add
 the translation comment if any and some general link to the glossary.

 A few remaining issues with this:
 - It only matches whole words (i.e. 'comment' but not 'comments'). I can
 add an exception for words ending with 's' or 'es' but I'm not sure how
 linguistically complete this is.
 - If a word appears more than once in the glossary (i.e. with a different
 part of speeche), only one will be shown in the tooltip. I might be able
 to show all the definitions together with the part of speech - still
 working on that.
