 Hello @imath,

 Thanks for your reply. I'm attaching 2 screenshots for explaining my issue
 more clearly.

 Screenshot 1 is taken when the buddypress plugin active and the Screenshot
 2 is taken after deactivating the buddypress plugin.

 I'm using Astra theme and there was no issue since last two years.
 suddenly this issue appeared. I'm going to try downgrading the buddypress
 version to 11.4 and let you know the update.
