Hi @saarefin
I'm sorry to read about your issue. If you use a fresh install of
WordPress with only BuddyPress 12.0.0 activated, you'll see that
everything behaves as expected: all images are showing. See below
screenshot of my test:

**=> Site Logo is showing.**
==== I need more inputs to try to help you fix your specific config ====
1. Can you share the last lines of your error log file ?
2. Using Chrome can you activate the Inspector then its Network tab, then
Activate the Image filter and refresh your site's page. See below
screenshot:

If you click into the list of images on one of the images that has not a
Status set to 200, what is the value of the requested URL of the Header
tab ?
3. If you deactivate all plugins except BuddyPress what happens ?
4. If images are not back, if you deactivate all plugins except BuddyPress
and activate the Twenty Twenty-Four theme, what happens ?
5. Have you tried to activate [https://wordpress.org/plugins/bp-classic/
BP Classic] to see if this was fixing your issue ?
6. Having BP Classic active, have you tried to deactivate BuddyPress 12.0,
then download
[https://downloads.wordpress.org/plugin/buddypress.11.4.0.zip BuddyPress
11.4] and add it using the Add new Plugin Admin Screen to upload and
replace BuddyPress 12.0, then deactivate BP Classic to see if this was
fixing your issue?
