 @oztaser Thanks for the feedback.

 My initial approach was using wp attachment as bp attachment but it's
 still in development.

 I had discussed with @imath during the team meeting he suggested going
 with base64.

 "Using base64 images, we make sure they are only deleted when the activity
 is deleted"

 It will definitely increase the database storage. We are open to
 suggestions to update the patch.

 for fetching and displaying these images, we can easily wrap them using a
 new function with filters.
