 As discussed yesterday during our development meeting. 8.patch =
 6-refreshed.patch + 7.patch.

 I've tested on multisite and found 2 annoying issues:

 1. having the WP registration settings set to "Logged in users may
 register new sites"
  a. It's possible to request a blog directly from the membership request
 form, should we allow this ?
  b. Once the form is submitted, the user receives the activation link and
 can activate their account. We don't want this 😉
 2. Having the WP registration settings set to "Registration is disabled":
 when submitting the form, the request membership page is displayed again
 and empty and it's possible to resubmit the form refreshing the page. I
 guess there's a redirection missing in action 😉. Unlike what I've thought
 there's no fatal error during the process.

 FYI, I've tested again on a regular WordPress site, it works as expected
 👌
