 Given this team's relative lack of resources compared to
 Automattic/Jetpack, I'd also suggest you file a support ticket with them
 as they'll honestly probably help you sooner.

 We need more details: what exactly does "inaccessible" mean? And are there
 any information in your server's PHP error logs?
