 When sharing Twitter URL's such as https://t.co/UW1exPpQ5S BuddyPress will
 not follow the redirect so no rich media is displayed.

 This example URL https://t.co/UW1exPpQ5S will redirect to
 https://twitter.com/i/moments/887308228090109952. If you directly share
 the latter, the rich content is displayed.
