Comment:

 There's a difference between Site Admins and Group Admins. I don't think
 we'd ever want Group Admins having the ability to go into wp-admin to
 manage their Groups, which means we need to think about what features are
 intended for Group Admins vs Site Administrators.

 Let's get some opinions.
