 Ok looking at your site shows a custom theme in use 'customizr' and bp
 theme compatibility default stylesheet.

 To be honest it will be hard to help with custom themes  but the best
 place to start is to ask on the BP forums:
 https://buddypress.org/support/forum/how-to/

 In terms of mobile styling and layout BP will only provide very basic
 styles and isn't necessarily styled for mobile devices.
