 May I suggest that we write some unit tests that demonstrate the various
 ways that plugins might interact with page titles - Yoast's technique
 being one of them - so that we have reliable ways of doing consistent
 tests? My head is spinning a bit just from thinking about all the plugin
 toggling and F5ing that hnla describes above :)
