 Components, Pages, and Settings links are currently wrapped within `<h2
 class="nav-tab-wrapper">`. To resolve this, we add  a new page title with
 h1 heading before the links in `h2` nav-tab-wrapper: `<h1>Configure
 BuddyPress</h1>` comes to mind :) or `<h1>BuddyPress Setup</h1>`.
