 The svn properties for files in BP are inconsistent and we often forget to
 set `eol-style` when we add new text files, which is beginning to cause
 problems for people using Windows (hello hnla!).

 I'm going to tidy up the properties and set some auto-props to hopefully
 make this less painful.
