 If I have to click the Capture button before the Save button, why don't we
 only show the Save button after the Capture button has been pressed once??

 Furthermore, when the nag message about using the capture button appeared,
 I did not notice it because there was already a big yellow block of text.
 I agree we need to show the initial message (user must accept Video in
 their browser), but for "Video stream loaded. You can use the capture
 button to display the profile photo preview" -- I think this is not needed
 because I see the video feed. What do you think about removing this
 message?
