 This year, we've invited the BP community to submit questions they would
 like to see in the questionnaire for the upcoming survey:

 survey/

 Schedule:
  - Nov. 14 to Dec. 15, '14: Open floor for submission of suggested
 questions for the survey.
  - Dec. 16 to 31, '14: Update and finalize questionnaire with BP core
 team.
  - Jan. 1 to 4, '15: Set up and test survey on Polldaddy.com.
  - Jan. xx, '15 : Announce survey.
  - Feb/March xx, '15: Close survey.
  - March/April xx, '15: Post results of survey (depends on when survey
 ends).
