 Hi,

 When the option WP Profile Syncing is enabled, changing the BuddyPress
 name deletes the usermeta last_name and set the same value for first_name
 and nickname.

 Wouldn't it be better to change just first_name and leave untouched
 last_name and nickname? or even don't delete usermeta.last_name?
