 Ok, thanks @boonebgorges. So when we use the "send sitewide notice" button
 the result is only to display a notice on everyone's sidebar? There is no
 way for BP to also send an email tickler that there is new content on the
 social site?

 Just looking for clarification so I have clear understanding of BP
 functionality. Thanks.
