 Clean install. BP 1.6b2. WP 3.4.1. Non-MS. Complete install wizard
 accepting all defaults, then after that go to the BP Component settings
 screen. Disable the Groups component, then re-enable it. When it's enabled
 again, it throws a PHP fatal error:
