 I've been thinking about this, and I'm wondering if the tiny avatar could
 be too specific to DTheme. I'm sure other themes will have their own
 avatar sizes, so perhaps the current "thumb" and "full" sizes are
 sufficient. Let's re-work the patch to set the "tiny" size via CSS (from
 the "thumb" size), as it's a straightforward 50%.
