 Hi Boone,
 I am sorry for my confusing description.
 When you go to BuddyPress->Components
 and uncheck say user groups/discussion forums and try to save it, it won't
 be saved.
 No, I  haven't  used BP_ENABLE_MULTIBLOG, or a BP_ROOT_BLOG .

 This still happens on #r4798
