 In the bar at the top of the page, it says "Notifications [2]" but when I
 hover over it there is only 1 friendship accepted request noted.

 Now if I click on this friendship accepted notification, nothing changes.
 I still have "Notification [2]" and the accepted friendship note. No way
 to get rid of it so far as I see.

 This count was already wrong with BP 1.2.2.1 and I upgraded to BP 1.2.3
 but that didn't solve the problem.
