 Trying to convert WordPress themes to BuddyPress enabled themes, there is
 no easy way to check if you are viewing a current BuddyPress generated
 page or standard WordPress pages/posts.

 $bp->current_component returns the WP page/archive slug when viewing
 standard WP pages/posts.

 If we had is_bp_generated_page or something like that, we could include
 the required BuddyPress ajax, js & css only on required pages.
