[buddypress-dev] BP, WPMU and overall domain configuration?

I hope this is not considered too far off topic to pursue a couple of
WPMU questions here, as it directly affects the consideration I will
have for choosing wpmu/buddypress...

Can I, as overall admin, limit a blog to a subset of themes? I don't
mind installing them for a particular user (that will be a premium
service after all) but I will want each user to have exclusive access
to that theme that they paid for (and may match their corp look/feel
etc.)
