[buddypress-dev] Parse error: syntax error, unexpected

I need some help,
I started using buddypress 2 weeks a go for my site www.ylber.com, and  
it worked pretty good but now it doesn't work.

today I downloaded again the plugins and the themes and put them all  
in the proper directories but it gives me this error:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '=', expecting ')' in /home/ 
ylberorg/public_html/wp-content/mu-plugins/bp-blogs/bp-blogs- 
templatetags.php on line 344

What does it mean?
I have to make some corrections on my own?
