It looks like the blog_id is getting messed up and set to null?

here is the error from the logs:

Table 'x_petomundo.wp__options' doesn't exist for query SELECT * FROM
wp__options WHERE option_name = 'siteurl' made by get_blog_option,

I'm guessing that it shouldn't be .wp__options and .wp_6_options for
example.
