[buddypress-dev] features in backend?

The backend menus are commented out as the theme fuctionality is being
worked on first. The back end menus wern't yet working correctly, so
they were disabled.
You can uncomment the menus definitely, but they are unlikely to work
until the best way to mirror theme functionality is worked out. They
will be coming back though.
