Comment:

 Thinking about Donncha's change ([1903], what is the point of attempting
 to redirect 5 times? If the redirect loops once, chances are it's going to
 do it another 4 times.

 I agree that instead of displaying "You don’t have permission to view this
 blog. Please contact the system administrator.", the user should be
 redirected.

 I'll work on a patch that incorporates deannas's suggestion and redirects
 them to their primary blog instead of displaying that permission error.
