 In WPMU 2.8.1, if you create a new blog in that includes an an apostrophe
 or quotes, that blog's title will include an extra backslash ( (e.g. Joe
 Faculty's Blog is "Broken" becomes Joe Faculty\'s Blog is \"Broken\") . I
 assume this is a problem with how WordPress is escaping the title
 information before inserting it into the database.
