 This appears to only happen on Blog 1.  Others appear to be fine.  I do
 have Donncha's sitewide tag plugin installed there and it is set to Blog
 1.  Turning it off has no effect.

 Making no changes of Blog 1's edit page also results in the error.

 Nothing in webserver's error logs.

 There's some forum discussion on this topic but it usually leans towards
 theme concerns.  This is with the home theme installed with the wpmu
 download.

 Updating to [1666] out of http://svn.automattic.com/wordpress-mu/tags/2.7
 has no effect.
