 Using wpmu 2.7 clean install testbed with no plugins.

 Going into Dashboard -> Site Admin -> Blogs -> Edit a specific Blog,
 making any change on that page results in a "0 is a protected WP option
 and may not be modified" error.  Be it theme check boxes or field boxes.
 Do anything on that page, click either Update options button and you get
 the error.

 And of course the '0' means that I don't know where the sticking point is.
