[wp-testers] Wordpress 3.3 beta 1 and Contextual Help

Hi,

I am testing my new plugin on WordPress 3.3 beta 1 (I am assuming that the
nightly build is equivalent to this).  This version has broken the action
hooks for the contextual help.  Is the action hook now different or is this
an oversight.  Since it came up at the same time the help menu was added to
the admin bar, I believe it is an oversight.
