[wp-testers] In-Line Taxonomy Editing

Hey Everybody,

I've noticed that when "Quick Editing" a custom taxonomy the update button
defaults to "Update Category." Ideally this should list the custom
singular_label, no?

I created a ticket a few days ago with a patch. It could use a glance over.
Just updated to today's release, and the bug still exists.
