For trunk (2.8 alpha): http://wordpress.org/nightly-builds/wordpress-latest.zip

For branches/2.7 (2.7.1 RC1):
http://wordpress.org/nightly-builds/wordpress-2.7-latest.zip

If you're using a development version (either 2.8 alpha or 2.7.1 RC),
Tools->Upgrade will upgrade you to the latest nightly.
