[wp-testers] Dashboard boxes not always visible when using two columns

With 2.7-almost-beta-9417, in the Dashboard, if you have all eight Screen 
Options checked, and you have those 8 boxes configured into two columns, 4 
boxes to the left, 4 boxes to the right, and all 8 boxes are 'closed', if 
you first try to open one of the right-side boxes, say QuickPress which I 
have at the top of that right column, then the three boxes below QuickPress 
get obsured when the QuickPress fields get displayed.

But, if you 'open' one of the boxes on the left side, boxes below it get 
pushed down and are still visible.  At that point you can then open a box on 
the right side and boxes below it get pushed down as you would expect.

Hope that explains the problem...
