Custom themes are definately not going to look pretty with the default
markup, Its most likely that many themes will need to use the callback
params to define their own function to generate the markup for that exact
reason

Its been implemented in trunk today, though the nightly probably hasnt
picked it up yet, It needs some extra work which i'll get around to next
week regarding plugin zip structures(Currently it expects it to be in
standard wordpress.org generated format, which not all uploaded zips will
be)
