[wp-testers] 2.6.5 version banner showing "development version"

This also could be the reason that the WordPress Automatic Upgrades 
plugin isn't showing an alert about a new version being available (I'm 
checking a client's 2.6.3 site at the moment). WAUP never fails to show 
an alert. I'm surprised someone more "in the know" isn't coming back on 
this.
