[wp-testers] 2.7 is slow?!?

Other than being a pain in the a*s like my old host. They claimed it was
acceptable to wait until PHP 5 was fully stable, and yes this was only about
a month ago. I kept telling them that they were actually more at risk
running PHP 4 than PHP 5 and that it was stable. They wouldn't have any of
it though.

Anyway, the morale of that story is to move to a decent host if you have to.
