What about bookmarklet users (such as myself)?  The default behavior
when hitting "Save" vs. "Save and Continue Editing" is to save and
then redirect to the bookmarkleted link, meaning I would have to
navigate BACK to my own admin interface before even being able to
continue editing/preview.

An unwelcome diversion, IMNSHO.
