[wp-testers] 2.7-RC1-100?? and where's the Turbo?

Just a couple things with the "2.7-RC1-10041" (10069?) build.

1. Downloaded Trunk build r10069, extracted and manually upgraded a 
2.6.5 site. After upgrade and DB update was finished, Admin footer shows 
2.7-RC1-10041. Should that not say 2.7-RC1-10069?

2. No more "Turbo" button anywhere. Seems that it's been changed to 
"Tools" under the...uh..."Tools" menu. I'm not digging on anyone here 
but what's up with this? This really wasn't done on purpose was it? ;)
