[wp-testers] Plugin locale MO file doesn't work.

I config my WordPress to zh_CN,and my admin interface is zh_CN.I put these all(wp-db-backup.php,wp-db-backup-zh_CN.mo) in wp-content\plugins folder.You said I should delay load_plugin_textdomain() until the 'init' action,I tried it,but it doesn't work too,I have no idea with it now,aaoooo....
