[wp-testers] converting categories to tags

hi all,
I moved to WP-2.3 alpha and now i want to convert all my  existing
categories in to tags.Any idea how i can go about that ?
for example if i had posts in category personal ,then now i would want to
them to url/tag/personal and reflect the same in wp theme .
