[wp-testers] converting categories to tags

To convert Categories to Tags:
Manage ->  Categories -> Selectively convert categories to tags (Under
importers at the very bottom of the page)

Now, for the URL's, they'll be able to goto
http://site/tag/personal/ and view all those posts tagged with personal.
