[wp-testers] Error on Manage Blogroll Panel?

On my test site (latest nightly build) I have the seven links that come
with the default template in category "Blogroll" and an added link in
category "Useful Links". There are no uncategorized links.

I notice that the List box between "Currently showing" and "links
ordered by" only offers "All" and "Uncategorized" as options. Should the
list not be "All" plus the two categories to which existing links are
assigned?
